Reactivating Harms

  1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
  2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
  3. In the Risk Management section, click Harm.
    Result: The Harm list window is displayed.
  4. Click the Harm link of the record to be reactivated.
    Result: The Harm edit window is displayed.
  1. Enable the Active radio button.
  1. Click the Submit button.
    Result: The harm has been reactivated and is displayed in the Haarm list window with a status of Active.
